Born in Pretoria, Mark is married to Tracee, and together they have two children.
He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State and is a proud member of the Financial Planning Institute, holding the esteemed FSA^® designation.

With over 33 years of experience in the financial services industry, Mark has built an impressive career across a number of respected institutions. His professional journey includes roles at First National Bank, TMA Investment Product Services, and as Founder and Director of Point 3 Financial Solutions. He also served as Co-founder, Director, and Chief Investment Officer at Point 3 Investment Solutions, and more recently, as an Advisory Partner at Citadel Wealth Management.

Mark’s passion for financial and investment planning has always extended beyond the office. He previously hosted his own financial radio show, Talk About Money, and provided daily financial market commentary to the public. His deep understanding of investment management has helped shape meaningful outcomes for the clients and families he serves.

Outside of work, Mark maintains a well-rounded lifestyle. He enjoys anything on two wheels and dedicates time to cultivating his collection of bonsai trees.
