Paul Leonard is a Certified Financial Planner professional with over 30 years of experience.

He built the first financial planning practice in SA to be certified according to the international ISO standards for business management. This business later merged with CONSOLIDATED and became the group’s EC division.

Paul became well known throughout the Eastern Cape for his daily personal finance feature called MONEY TALK which ran on Algoa FM for 24 years.

He is a five-time finalist in the South African Financial Planner of the Year Awards. In 2012 he was the national winner of the Financial Planning Institute’s Media Award.

One of Paul’s passionate pastimes is performing in musical theatre. He uses the skills which were developed through the performing arts to communicate lessons in financial literacy in easy to understand “people language”.

Outside of work Paul is a happy husband, proud father and grandfather. He participates in live theatre, loves lifelong learning, is a member at a local Crossfit box, and helps with the live streaming at his local church.
